Most formulations draw on several botanicals, and buying each one from a different producer means several quotations, several document formats, several payment runs and several shipments to align. SV Botanica works the other way round: you send the whole list, we quote it as one, and you deal with one accountable supplier for every ingredient on it.
We are a merchant exporter, not a single-plant manufacturer. That is what makes this possible: we source each ingredient from licensed and certified facilities in India that specialise in it, and supply every lot under our own specification and certificate of analysis. The range covers herbal extracts, spices and oleoresins, natural oils and nutraceutical ingredients.
From Ingredient List to Delivery
Send the list
Paste your ingredients or attach a formula, BOM or brief, with grades, quantities and the delivery country.
Confirm specifications
We check each item against our range, flag anything we cannot supply, and agree the grade, assay and method with you.
Samples and quotation
One consolidated quotation for the whole list, with samples for your R&D or QC before you commit.
One order, one dispatch
One proforma and one invoice. Export orders ship as a single consolidated consignment with one document set.
One Standard Across Every Ingredient
The value of a single supplier is consistency: the same documentation, the same declarations and the same person answering for every line of your formula.
One document format
Every lot carries a batch-specific certificate of analysis and a specification sheet in the same format, so your QC team reads one layout, not ten.
Species declared
Each ingredient is declared by its full botanical name and plant part, which matters wherever several plants share a trade name.
Method stated
Assay figures are given with the method that produced them, HPLC, UV or gravimetric, because the method changes the number.
One accountable contact
Questions about any ingredient, lot or document go to one person, before and after the order.
India or Export: How It Ships
The same consolidated quotation, delivered the way your market needs it.
Export orders
Ingredients from different facilities are consolidated into one shipment, with one commercial invoice, one packing list, the certificate of analysis for each lot and the certificates your destination requires.
Orders within India
One order, one GST invoice and one point of contact. Each ingredient is couriered from its own dispatch point, so parcels can arrive separately. Trials start at 1 kg.
Destination rules
Before you commit, check each herbal extract against your market in our market access checker.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you manufacture the extracts yourselves?
No. SV Botanica is a merchant exporter. We source from licensed and certified processing facilities in India and supply every lot under our own specification, certificate of analysis and invoice, so you have one accountable supplier for the whole list.
Is there a minimum quantity per ingredient?
For buyers in India, trial orders start at 1 kg per ingredient. For export, quantities are quoted per ingredient, because the practical minimum depends on the grade, the packing size and whether the lot ships with other products.
Can different ingredients ship together?
For export, yes: ingredients from different facilities are consolidated into one shipment with one set of export documents. Within India, one order is covered by one invoice and one point of contact, and parcels are sent by courier from the dispatch point of each ingredient, so they can arrive separately.
Will every ingredient come with the same documentation?
Every lot is supplied with a batch-specific certificate of analysis in SV Botanica's format and a specification sheet. Export shipments add the commercial invoice, packing list, safety data sheet and the transport document, plus the certificates your destination needs.
What if you do not carry an ingredient on my list?
Tell us anyway. We quote what we can supply against your specification and say plainly which items we cannot, rather than substituting a different grade or species.
Is my formula kept confidential?
Yes. Formulas, BOMs and briefs sent through this page are used only to prepare your quotation and are never shared.
