We do not ship without test confirmation. Every commercial order is backed by batch-specific documentation — Certificate of Analysis, heavy-metal and pesticide-residue reports, microbial testing and export paperwork — and full certification documentation is available to buyers on request at the enquiry stage.

Diligent raw material selection
Raw materials are selected diligently from trusted farms and processors across India's key cultivation regions, with traceability maintained from intake.
Internal lab testing
The final produce is first tested in our internal labs — identity, assay and purity. A batch moves forward only after it passes.
Sealed under third-party observation
Passed batches are packed in appropriate export packaging and closed with a third-party observation seal — ensuring the material that leaves the factory is exactly what reaches your facility.
Third-party lab verification
The material is independently tested at accredited third-party laboratories such as Eurofins, verifying assay, heavy metals and residues against your specification.
Compliance-cleared export
Only when the batch complies is it cleared for export — dispatched with its complete documentation pack: COA, MSDS, phytosanitary certificate and test reports.

Do you supply USDA Organic certified products?
Yes, for selected products. Organic supply is available for most major herbal extracts, spices and natural oils. Please specify "organic grade required" in your enquiry and we will confirm availability and share the relevant organic certificate and chain-of-custody documentation.
Are your products suitable for EU food and cosmetic import?
Yes. Our products are sourced from facilities aligned with EU import requirements. We provide pesticide residue reports tested against EU Maximum Residue Levels, heavy metal reports and MSDS documentation formatted for EU compliance. We also support buyers with REACH and Novel Food documentation where required.
How quickly can you share documentation?
COA, MSDS and facility certificates are typically shared within 24 hours of a confirmed order. For pre-order due diligence, sample COAs and certificates can be shared at the quotation stage within 1–2 business days.
Can I request a third-party lab test?
Yes. We support third-party testing by accredited laboratories. You can request testing before shipment and we will retain the batch until you have received and approved the results. Additional testing costs are borne by the buyer and coordinated in advance.
