We hire for judgment and reliability more than résumés. The people who do well here take ownership of outcomes, communicate clearly with international buyers, and are comfortable with the detail that B2B export work demands — specifications, documentation, and follow-through. Experience in ingredients, nutraceuticals, food, or export is a plus, not a requirement.
