What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product category. For herbal extracts and nutraceuticals it is typically 1–5 kg for samples and 25 kg for commercial orders. For spices and oleoresins, commercial MOQ is generally 25–50 kg. Contact us with your specific requirement for exact MOQ and pricing.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes. We dispatch free samples (typically 50–100g) for qualified buyers to evaluate quality before placing a commercial order. Courier charges may apply for international shipments. Please mention your sample request in the enquiry form.
What quality documents do you provide?
Every shipment comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and Phytosanitary Certificate. Additional documents — including heavy metal reports, pesticide residue tests, and microbial safety reports — are available on request.
Which certifications do you hold?
